Please find attached 3 Microsoft Teams Backgrounds we can start to use when liaising with clients.

 

To add them, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Copy the images onto your desktop
  2. Join the teams meeting
  3. Show Video and click on Effects and avatars

 

 

  1. Click on ‘’More video effects’’ at the bottom right corner

 

 

  1. Click ‘’Add new’’

 

 

  1. Upload the image
  2. To view the image you uploaded, click on ‘’Show all’’ and it will be at the bottom.

 

Please note, you will only be required to upload the images once.

Once done, to change between images, you will follow the above steps but won’t need to upload any images.
